I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a charming Italian mountain town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the village. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the ample parking to the delicious homemade breakfast. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money experience.

Our room was very disappointing, old and outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not effective.
